Placing Orders

To place an order, simply click on the
"add item" button next to the product you want and it will be placed in
your shopping cart. You may choose to "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to
Checkout" if your order is complete. At checkout, you can view the
contents of your shopping cart and make modifications, if necessary
(remove an item by entering a "0" in the quantity field or change the
quantity). From there, please provide the requested billing and shipping
information. You may include gift notes/site comments and coupon codes
here, as well, if needed. Remember to click the "PLACE ORDER" button to
submit your order to us.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with
all our products. We accept returns with full refunds within 30 days if
you're not satisfied for any reason (opened CD's and books are only
returnable if defective). Many of our products include at least a one year
warranty against manufacturer's defect. And of course, we won't charge you
for return shipping if you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise --
just send it back and we'll exchange the item for a new one.

Gifts
For special occasion's our gift
wrapping is free of charge. Theconferencestore.com will be happy to ship
your orders to gift recipients. You can include a gift note in the "Gift
Message or Site Comments" area when you checkout. We will include a
handwritten gift card in the package. We will be sure not to include any
pricing information with the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: If for
any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return
it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To
help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of this
receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items
via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that
The Conference Store will only refund shipping if your return was

Shipping and Payment Info
The conferencestore.com provides delivery
to addresses throughout the contiguous 48 U.S. states via UPS
Ground delivery. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is available via
UPS Express Delivery only. Orders are typically sent out within
24 business hours of receipt. Standard Shipping purchases should
be received within 7 business days after you place your order.
Select items may take 2 to 3 weeks. Express orders are delivered
in 2 business days. If you have purchased an item currently out
of stock,you will be notified via e-mail of the expected ship
date. No charges will be made to your account until your order
ships.

All payments must be made in
U.S. Funds
On all orders, your card isn't charged until your order

technology encrypts all the information transmitted during a shopping
transaction, including your personal and credit card information. All of
the popular browsers (Netscape Navigator-versions 2.0 and above, Microsoft
Internet Explorer-version 3.0 and above, and AOL-versions 3.0 and above)
work with SSL. Look for the lock or key icon in the bottom of your browser
window when you enter a secure area. The lock will be closed. And the key
will no longer have a strike through it. Then you'll be absolutely
positive that your transaction is protected by SSL and that it's safe to
make a purchase.

important. That's why we do not rent or sell information about you to any

We limit the information we
collect from you to the minimum necessary to provide outstanding service.

Sharing your photos with us
From time to time our customers and
friends like to show us what they do with all the great merchandise
they buy from us. And we naturally want to share it with everyone
else. So, if you'd like us to put a photo on our site please email
us at mailto:theconferencestore@triad.rr.com
You'll need to tell us who
(if any) the people are in the photo, along with written permission from
everyone in the photo (this will keep our lawyer happy). And any other
information about the photo you care to give. We can't guarantee your
photo will be used, but we will e-mail you if it is. The average time we
will keep your photo on our site is about two weeks.
NOTE: We prefer digital
photos in jpeg format. Any photos received without a self addressed
stamped envelope will not be returned so please do not send us your only
copy of your original or negatives.
